Renew in the same account where you use the subscription. Your remaining days are preserved: the purchased term is added to your active subscription, or starts from the new purchase if access has already expired.
Open your subscription
Sign in to natlink.ru using the same method you used to purchase access.
Check the current expiry date in the dashboard and press Renew.
In the Telegram bot, open Plans.
You do not need a new account to renew.
Choose a term and check the conditions
Choose a suitable plan for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Before paying, compare the price, device limit and new access expiry date.
If bonus days are shown, check that they are included in the final date.
Renewing early preserves your remaining days. The dashboard shows the exact new expiry date; check the selected plan’s price and conditions before proceeding to payment.
Make one payment
Press Renew access or the purchase button for your selected plan and complete payment using an available method.
This is a one-time purchase.
Autopay is enabled separately and is not switched on by a regular renewal.
If the bank has confirmed the charge while the dashboard is still updating, do not pay again. Check the transaction status and contact support if necessary.
Check the new expiry date and keep using VPN
Return to the dashboard and wait for payment confirmation.
Check the subscription expiry date.
A regular renewal keeps your connection link and added devices: you do not need to reinstall the app.
If your subscription had already expired, wait for access to be restored after the purchase is confirmed. Refresh the subscription in your VPN app if necessary; do not create a new personal link at random.
