NAT VPN autopay: status, disabling and removing a card
A one-time card payment and auto-renewal are separate actions. Scheduled charges are possible only after a separate setup and confirmation that the payment service has saved the card.
Where to check the status
In the Telegram bot, open More → Autopay.
In the Mini App and website, open autopay management in your account.
Check the status, amount, renewal period and next charge date.
If the status says Not enabled, no automatic charge is scheduled.
If setup is currently unavailable
An autopay unavailable message means it cannot be enabled in the current state.
It does not confirm that a card has been saved or a payment made.
You can renew with a one-time payment.
Do not pay for an order again if your bank has already confirmed the charge.
Disable renewal and remove the card
In autopay management, choose the action to disable autopay and remove the card if one is saved.
After it completes, check that the card is no longer shown as saved and no future charges are scheduled.
This action is available in the bot, Mini App and website.
Your paid subscription term remains valid. Removing the card stops NAT VPN from using that saved payment method for future charges; it does not delete transaction history in your bank.
If the status has not updated
Refresh the status once.
If the card is still shown as saved or the operation has not completed, contact support and provide the time of the action.
Do not send your full card number, CVV, SMS codes or bank password.
