VPN not working: checks for your phone and computer
Start at the stage where the problem occurs: adding a subscription, connecting or loading websites. A Connected status alone does not prove that internet access works. This guide helps you check your network; NAT VPN users can also run Doctor diagnostics.
The subscription will not add to the app
Check that the chosen client is installed and open it once.
Retry adding the subscription from the device’s regular browser: a messenger’s in-app browser may not open the client.
Manual import requires your personal subscription link, not the website home page.
Your subscription link and QR code provide account access. Do not publish them or send them to third-party checking services.
VPN will not connect
First disconnect normally in the client and test a regular accessible website.
If it also fails to load, check Wi-Fi, your mobile balance or guest network sign-in.
Then check your service’s subscription expiry date.
NAT VPN shows the expiry date, device limit and available traffic in the dashboard.
Refresh the profile, choose an available connection from the fresh list and try again.
VPN is connected but internet access fails
Open two different websites.
Check that another VPN app is not connected at the same time.
Refresh the subscription in the client and try another available location.
On a computer, compare the browser with the program you need: the system proxy does not cover every app, and TUN must be configured following your client’s instructions.
Do not delete every device, buy the subscription again or disable the entire firewall or antivirus just to run a check.
Wi-Fi works but mobile data does not
If possible, test the same profile and websites on Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Different results help distinguish a network issue from an app setting.
Check the options available for your network in the current NAT VPN list.
Record the carrier, region, time and error message.
Working on one network does not guarantee operation on another.
Check your device setup
On iPhone, check system VPN permission and retry importing through Safari.
On Android, if the connection stops after locking the screen, check battery restrictions for the VPN client specifically.
On Windows, check the connection mode and routing rules using the app’s instructions.
Do not reset all network settings before identifying the cause.
If the problem remains
NAT VPN users: open Support in your dashboard and run Doctor.
After following its suggestions, test websites again on your own device.
If that does not help, continue the support request and include the system, app, carrier, selected location and the result on another network.
If you use another service, send these details to its support team.
